Why is the flow of the laptop screen as the water when I scroll up or down?
The screen does not scroll down as normal but he moves like water? What is happening to the laptop? Any suggestions?
It seems that you need to update your display driver, sometimes Microsofts default display driver is pretty cheap. I recommend you go to your manufacturers website and search laptop section of their drivers for the latest graphics driver (could be integerated on the motherboard, in which case grab a day drivres chipset), download and install, reboot and see if any improvement. Another possibility is that there are too many programs running simultaneously on your notebook, try to close everything you can on your laptop and running only 1 browser window and see if it diminishes the effect. doing so may try installing more RAM in your laptop, this will help speed the overall system and could solve the problem.
